The entire process takes about one to two hours to complete, and offers a whiter smile and a reduced risk of tooth sensitivity.

Once your treatment ends and you leave with a stunning smile, you may be wondering what you can do to keep your teeth bright? First, try to cut back on sugary foods and drinks, which promotes plaque buildup, a major factor in the appearance of teeth stains (as well as tooth decay and gum disease). Also, try to avoid drinks with dark pigments, such as tea, coffee, red wine, fruit juice, and soda, which stain the teeth. Be sure you brush your teeth twice daily for two minutes per session, and always floss before going to bed. Finally, make time to have your teeth cleaned every six months!
