Community Events
- AFC Playoffs: The AFC Playoff, featuring the Chiefs versus Patriots, starts on January 20th at noon. The playoffs will happen at the Near Sports Stadiums on One Arrowhead Drive. Enjoy a great game, whether you attend alone or with your family.
- Cirque Du Soleil’s Crystal: You can catch Cirque De Soleil’s Crystal at the Sprint Center in downtown on 1407 Grand Blvd. The production takes place from now through January 20th. The arena show features incredible circus performances, including trapeze, aerial straps, and more! A truly memorable show to take in with a special someone or the entire family!
- The Sound of Music: The Kauffman Center for Performing Arts will be presenting The Sound of Music from now through January 20th at 6:30pm. The theater is located at 1601 Broadway Blvd. Enjoy an incredible performance of this Tony Award-winning play! A perfect show for the entire family.
- Nitro Arenacross Tour: The Nitro Arenacross Nationals takes place today and tomorrow at 6pm. The show takes place at American Royal Complex at 1701 American Royal Court. Catch incredible bike racing and stunt performances featuring riders from around the world. They will be competing for the $7,000 weekend pro purse and the $110,000 touring purse. An excellent way to spend the weekend!
