If not, you may need to undergo jawbone grafting first. Using digital technology, we then plan and guide the implant posts into the jaw. Small, screw-like devices, these act as new roots and bond with the bone structure though osseointegration. They stimulate the growth of bone tissue to preserve your smile and facial structure, and ensure your new roots last for decades to come, possibly even a lifetime.
A New Tooth in One Visit
In the same visit, we could attach abutments to each implant post, and then use these to secure your prosthetic. We could attach a bridge, partial, or full denture. The prosthetic is then fixed in place, never needing removal for cleaning or care. They also never slip when you eat or speak!
