What’s Happening in Kansas City This Week?

The 4th of July may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty for you and your loved ones to do in Kansas City, MO, this month! We’re going to cover four different community events, and of course, we would love to remind our patients that routine care and cosmetic treatment can improve smiles before they attend future events in the city.
Upcoming Community Event
- CATS: Enjoy Andrew Lloyd Weber’s renowned and record-breaking musical at the Starlight Theatre on 4600 Starlight Road from now through July 14th. Shows start at 8pm and the performance is appropriate for kids ages 5 and up. A great way to spend an evening in KC with a friend or with family!
- Snow Zoo: The Kansas City Zoo, located on 6800 Zoo Drive, will be hosting Snow Zoo (Arctic Sea Ice Day) on July 13th. Get away from the burning summer heat with a day focused on some of the coldest climates on Earth, and the animals that inhabit them. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy!
- Union Station Swing Dance: On July 12th from 8pm until 10:30pm you and that special someone can learn how to swing dance USO style at Union Station in Kansas City. A great way to spend an evening and learn something new along the way.
- 2019 KC Fringe Festival: The 2019 KC Fringe Festival will take place at Fringe 411 on 30 West Pershing Road in Union Station. The festival lasts from July 14th through the 28th. Enjoy national and international works from a variety of different artists. This is one of the biggest celebrations of art, pop culture, and theatre in the region. You’re guaranteed to see something new and unique, so make time to see some memorable performances.
